Absorb room energy? Your sensitivity is a cosmic and somatic blueprint. Join Laura Rowe & Monica Bourgeau for a 3-hour workshop decoding your birth chart & learning somatic tools to protect your field. Turn sensitivity from an exhausting burden into your superpower!

About the Event

Have you ever walked into a room and immediately absorbed the emotional atmosphere? An empath’s sensitivity is not a flaw—it is a finely tuned perception system written into the sky at the exact moment of your birth. In this transformative 3-hour workshop, Empath Mentor Laura Rowe and Astrologer Monica Bourgeau guide you through your unique empathic wiring from both cosmic and somatic perspectives. Monica decodes primary astrological signatures in your birth chart—including Water placements, the Moon, Neptune, and the 12th House—that reveal how you process energy. Laura provides essential somatic tools for grounding, clearing your aura, and protecting your field so you can navigate a noisy world without absorbing it. Attendees receive their personal birth chart, and practical energy management practices to transform sensitivity from an exhausting burden into a sovereign superpower.

With 12+ years in business, Laura Rowe is an empath mentor, intuitive guide, and founder of The Vital Spirit. Specializing in energy management and somatic grounding, she empowers highly sensitive souls to move from sensory overload into rooted sovereignty using signature energetic frameworks.

Monica of Astrology with Monica is a Portland-based professional astrologer and author of The Change Code. Reading charts in the whole sign tradition, she uses astrology to help clients understand life cycles, personal timing, and their soul’s unique energetic blueprint.
